Study tour in Poland
The repre-sentatives of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and the Centre for Effective Governance System and Territorial Arrangement Reform (CEGSTAR) visited Poland for the study tour.
Expert meeting was held in the framework of E-PINE on October 1-2, 2008 in Vilnius, Lithuania. The event was dedicated to the world status after the August developments and particular aspects of this issue (agenda).
The Director of the Center, Mr. David Chichinadze, who was invited to take part in the meeting,addressed the participants. The leading experts of Europe expressed sharp considerations during the discussion. At the end of the meeting political representatives of E-PINE from participant countries under this format joined the event, and the moderator of the session gave report about stated considerations and suggestions. Besides, the political representatives were asked to present their remarks about issues provided for in the agenda.
The meeting’s summarizing comment was made on Lithuanian television by Daniel Fried, US State Department.
