The selection process for the program "Traineeship for Public Servants in Poland"( co-financed by the Polish aid program 2009 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland) announced the Center for Effective Governance System and Territorial Arrangement Reform (CEGSTAR) is completed.
An initiative started on May 26, 2006, in Romanian city Constanta was recently inspirited - on September 26, in Varna (Bulgaria), on a special conference of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, where "Black Sea Euro-Region” was officially established.
